What to have ready

The form only asks for podcast, newsletter, speaking and brand partnership details if they apply to you.

• Contact detailsEmail, phone number with country code and a mailing address.
• Headshot and lifestyle photosOne headshot and one to three lifestyle photos. JPG or PNG, at least 1500 pixels on the shortest side, 10 MB maximum each. Include photographer credits if required.
• Short and long biosA short bio of 75 to 150 words and a long bio of 250 to 500 words, both written for the public talent roster.
• Roster titleHow you would like to be identified publicly, along with your current role, company and markets covered.
• Links to your workYour website, social profiles and links to your published work, if you have them.
• Podcast or newsletter detailsName, link, platform, publishing frequency and cover art. Podcast art should be square, at least 1400 x 1400 pixels.
• Brand partnershipsCurrent partners and any exclusivity commitments or category restrictions.
• Tee sizeYour unisex T-shirt size, from XS to 3XL.
